Daniel Croix is an actor in film, television, and theatre. He made his debut in the New York Times Critic Pick: 'Much Ado About Nothing' directed by Tony winner, Kenny Leon. He went on to land Tyler Perry’s 'The Oval’ on BET, where he stars as Jason Franklin, and most recently appeared in recurring roles on Hulu's hit show 'Love Victor' and Apple TV’s series 'Manhunt.'

He’s also a filmmaker. His short film ‘Huli’ screened in Oscar-qualifying festivals across the US and internationally, and was featured on Roku and Hawaiian Airlines. He was selected for the NAACP Director’s Cohort where he co-directed ‘Oasis’. He recently produced ‘Don’t Tell Mama’, the directorial debut of Chloe Leigh King. He produces, develops, and directs original films at Ringshout Productions.

His collaborations in video and contemporary art have appeared at Honolulu Museum of Art, Plimsoll Gallery, Burchfield Penney Art Center, Squeaky Wheel Media Arts Center, The Crocker Art Museum, and Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center.

While not on set, Daniel can be found free-diving in the open ocean, visiting sacred sites, cherishing family, and collaborating with friends - combining reverence for land/oceans, cinema, and consciousness. Born in Buffalo, NY, he holds a BFA in Acting from SUNY Purchase. He lives between Los Angeles and Honolulu and travels frequently for acting projects, guest speaking, and creative research.
